Welcome to my Webring, and no that is not me drumming. HeHe. This is just a little page that I have put up about myself and the things I do. However the main purpose of this website is to create a way for people to get in touch with me.

Now on to me! My name is Matthew Doucette, and my hometown is about 15 minutes south of Portland, Maine in the small tourist town of Old Orchard Beach. I am currently a freshman at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, New Hampshire as an Aviation Flight Operations major. My love of flight is only surpassed by the love for my girlfriend Nicole who I have been seeing since April of 1998.

I have marched with the Spartans and Valiants Drum and Bugle Corps. I am also instructing the Bass Drum Line at the local high School. I have played clarinet in jazz and concert band since eighth grade, and will continue to play on my free time. I listen to pretty much every type of music with the exceptions of Polka and Country.

Since I was a little kid I have always wanted to fly and I am now realizing that dream. Currently I am doing my training in a Cessna 152 but hope to be flying the new Cessna 172s when they get here next week. I will be leaving DWC with both my multi and single engine land rateings, along with a complex aircraft rateing. By the end of my four years here at DWC I will have been exposed to the Cessna 152, 172, and Crusader along with the Mudery Cap 10b, Grob Moto-Glider, and Mooney aircraft. Along with flight I love to ski, snowboard, kneeboard, and bicycle. When ever I get the chance I get out into nature whether it be camping, boating or by any other means.
